Designed to carry 4 days of food for a solo hiker, this Bear Vault has a wide opening that allows you to stuff it full for your trip. Put it in your pack or strap it to your pack using the built-in strap guides and don’t worry about weight: this thing weighs only 2lbs 1oz for the BV 450 and 2lbs 9oz for the BV 500.
